Hi, I’m Camille.

For more than two decades, I’ve been trusted to lead in moments where the stakes were high, the pressure was intense, and there was no clear playbook. Those experiences taught me something I wish more leaders were told earlier in their careers.

Courage is not a personality trait. It is a practical leadership skill.

Today, I work with leaders and organizations who are navigating uncertainty, change, and high-stakes decisions, often while feeling unprepared or unsure. My role is not to give people answers, but to help them move forward anyway, with clarity, values, and confidence in their ability to lead.

In my talks, I draw on real-world experience to show what leadership actually looks like when conditions are imperfect. Audiences leave more willing to act, not because the challenges feel smaller, but because they understand that waiting to feel fully ready is often the biggest obstacle to change.

My work helps people let go of the myth that courage means fearlessness. Instead, we focus on how to lead thoughtfully, make decisions under pressure, align others quickly, and take the first step even when the path ahead is unclear.

If you want to lead through complexity, change, or uncertainty and wondering whether you are ready, my work is for you.
