Hi, I’m Camille.

For more than two decades, I’ve been trusted to lead in moments where the stakes were high, the pressure was intense, and there was no clear playbook. Those experiences taught me something I wish more leaders understood earlier in their careers.

Leadership in complex environments is not about having all the answers. It is about aligning people who don’t fully agree and moving them forward together.

Today, I work with leaders and organizations navigating uncertainty, competing priorities, and high-stakes decisions. My role is not to simplify complexity or pretend consensus exists. It is to help leaders build alignment across teams and functions so action becomes possible, even when certainty is not.

In my talks, I draw on real-world crisis leadership and cross-sector collaboration to show what leadership actually looks like under pressure. Audiences leave with practical frameworks to clarify priorities, coordinate across differences, and make decisions when information is incomplete.

If you are leading through change, managing across silos, or responsible for outcomes in environments where agreement is rare but action is necessary, my work is for you.
